You are solely responsible for the use of any content combined with images, text, graphics, or other material that you incorporate into your products. You agree not to use any image, text style, design, service mark, or copyrighted works of any third party in your products without obtaining permission from the respective owners. You guarantee that your products do not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or privacy and publicity rights, and that you possess all the necessary rights and permissions required to incorporate third-party materials into your products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have the necessary permission, rights, and authority to place the order and authorize Silver Edge Packaging to produce the products on your behalf.

Content from Customers

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, transmit, or include in your products. You agree not to use the website to upload, post, or transmit any content that is indecent, unlawful, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Silver Edge Packaging or any third party. Silver Edge Packaging does not control the content posted by customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the content. Silver Edge Packaging is not liable for any offensive, indecent, or objectionable content you may encounter.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and limiting access to your account. You agree to be responsible for all purchases or actions taken through your account. When you or someone you authorize orders a print item using your password, you grant Silver Edge Packaging a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the content on the website and printed products.

Design File

Silver Edge Packaging will provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). For higher resolution design files, please contact [email protected] for a quote.

Customer-Submitted Artwork

Artwork, designs, and images should be submitted in CMYK format with at least 300 DPI. Silver Edge Packaging is not responsible for any color changes that occur when converting from RGB to CMYK color modes or for any blurry, distorted, or pixelated images due to customer-provided artwork.

Proofing and Matching

Every print job requires customer approval of the final design and job specification sheets. After an order is placed, the final proofs of artwork and job specification sheet will be sent to customers via email. Customers must verify all details, including deadlines and production times, and ensure the accuracy of the information. Silver Edge Packaging is not liable for any discrepancies beyond what is noted in the final specification sheet. It is your responsibility to check the final proof for design and spelling issues. Once the design is approved, the files and job specifications will be sent to production.

Silver Edge Packaging is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs show layout accuracy, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but they do not predict color density. Silver Edge Packaging will try to match gradient density but cannot guarantee color accuracy.

Materials

Please note that the card or paper materials used for printing our products are not food-grade. Any food-grade requirements should be clarified in writing before placing the order.

The customer is responsible for providing layout approval prior to printing.

Silver Edge Packaging is NOT LIABLE for errors in a printed product caused by:

  • Graphics orientation or placement
  • Incorrect use of fonts
  • Punctuation, spelling, and grammatical errors
  • Wrong die cuts, slits, or missing folds
  • Product size when completed
  • Color accuracy and hardcopy proofs

Silver Edge Packaging will reproduce colors from submitted files as closely as possible but cannot guarantee color match or density due to limitations in the printing process and differences in printing surfaces. If you require color matching, please order a hardcopy proof.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and defend Silver Edge Packaging and all parties from whom Silver Edge Packaging has licensed portions of content, as well as their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit or claim related to any text, image, graphic, or other material you incorporated into products that was not part of the standard site content.

Order Cancellation

Silver Edge Packaging will cancel your order before printing/shipping. Once the item has been delivered, it cannot be canceled. Orders may be canceled during different stages of production, but cancellation fees will apply. Customers will be informed of any cancellation fees by the Customer Service Team.

Orders can be canceled at the following stages:

  • After the order is placed and before design revision: $15 + 5% of the total amount (for payment processing and design costs).
  • After design revision and before sending to production: 20% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Once the order reaches the production stage, cancellation is not guaranteed, but a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • After the order reaches stage 4 (shipping), it cannot be canceled.

Design Orders

Once a design order has been placed, there are no refunds available for any design-related services.

Reprints

Customers must notify Silver Edge Packaging within 2 business days of delivery if there are defects, damage, or missing items. The customer must return at least 99% of the order. Returns without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Order Shipment and Delivery

Silver Edge Packaging offers the following shipping options:

  • Standard: Free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Delivery usually takes 10–14 business days after final approval.
  • Priority: Delivery within 8 business days of final approval.
  • Express: Delivery within 6 business days of final approval.

Silver Edge Packaging is not liable for delays caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping delays, or international customs. Customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees for shipments outside the United States and Canada.

Damaged and Lost Packaging

Customers are responsible for inspecting their packages for damaged or missing items before accepting delivery. Claims for damage or missing items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Silver Edge Packaging is not responsible for third-party shipping errors or damaged shipments.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The site and its contents are provided “as is” without any warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or non-infringement. The operation of the site may not be continuous or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Silver Edge Packaging and its affiliates will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, or for any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising from the use of the site or failure to provide products or services. In no event will Silver Edge Packaging be liable for inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site.

Production and Order Terms

Color Variation

For large or bulk printing orders, minor color differences of up to ±5% are normal and acceptable in the printing industry. These variations can occur due to differences in materials, printing machines, or ink batches used in production.

Quantity Variation

In bulk orders, the final quantity delivered may vary by up to ±5% from the quantity ordered. This slight difference is standard industry practice and is not considered a defect or shortage.

Production Timeline Variation

For high-volume or custom orders, the estimated production and delivery time may vary by ±10–20 business days. Such variations may occur due to production workload, seasonal demand, or unexpected operational delays.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for products in their original, new condition within 71 days of delivery. For non-defective items, a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 40% of the total product price may apply, depending on the specific product type and your order details. Once your returned package is received and thoroughly inspected by our team, eligible refunds will be processed within 15 to 65 days. Please be aware that customers are strictly responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the package. At Silver Edge Packaging, we specialize in manufacturing customized products based on exact client specifications. If the delivered product is defective or does not match your approved requirements, you must reach out to us at [email protected] within 3 working days of receiving your order. In the event that the printing or manufacturing error is on our side, we will gladly provide a full reprint at no additional cost. However, if the error originated from the client’s side, a refund will be processed only after deducting the necessary setup and shipping charges, and this strictly requires the entire printed job to be returned to us. Please note that chargebacks are not accepted under any circumstances.
